Entry Period: The entry period for the Lee Ann Womack, "Something Worth Leaving Behind" Sweepstakes shall commence on August 20, 2002 and end on November 15, 2002. All entries must be received at the offices of MCA Nashville, a Division of UMG Recordings, Inc. ("MCA Nashville") no later than 11:59 pm CST on November 15, 2002.

Entry: You may only enter on-line. To enter, fill out and submit the official online entry form - being sure to include your full name, address, city, state, zip code, daytime phone number, and e-mail address.

Eligibility: To be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes, you must be a resident of the United States and 14 years old or older as of August 1, 2002. One entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified. Employees of MCA Nashville, Universal Music Group and their respective affiliates, subsidiary, parent companies, advertising agencies and their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and their spouses) are ineligible.

Prize: 1 Prize: A Panasonic Home Theater System (approximate retail value ["ARV"]: $499.00) and package of 100 CD’s (ARV: $1800.00) to be selected by MCA Nashville. Estimated total ARV: $2299.00. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable, except to a surviving spouse residing in the same household. No substitutions allowed, except that, at MCA Nashville’s sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. The winning entry will be deemed submitted by the e-mail account holder. Any required taxes, if any, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received on or by 11:59 pm CST on November 15, 2002, by MCA Nashville whose decisions will be final. The winner will be notified by e-mail and/or by phone on or after November 18, 2002. Should your e-mail address or telephone number change during the entry period, it will be solely your responsibility and obligation to notify MCA Nashville thereof by sending a written notice to MCA Nashville, marked: "Attention: Lee Ann Womack, "Something Worth Leaving Behind" Sweepstakes, E-mail Address/Telephone Number Change Notification". Any such notification must be received at the offices of MCA Nashville by no later than 5:00 pm CST, November 15, 2002. If MCA Nashville is unable to contact a potential Prize winner by e-mail or phone and/or if the potential Prize winner fails to respond to notification within five (5) days, the potential winner will forfeit his or her right to the Prize, and an alternative winner will be selected. The Prize winner will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, general release and consent to the use of their name and/or photograph for promotional purposes, including on-line announcements, without additional compensation of any kind, except where prohibited by law. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.

Neither MCA Nashville, The Universal Music Group nor any internet access providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of entry information, human error, technical malfunctions, lost-delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, inability to access web sites, damages to a user's computer system (hardware & software) due to participation in this Sweepstakes or late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, mechanically reproduced, illegible or postage due entries or notifications. If in the opinion of MCA Nashville, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, MCA Nashville reserves the right to terminate on-line entries in the Sweepstakes, only accepting those legitimate entries received as of the termination date.

All participants and/or entrants release MCA Nashville, Universal Music Group and their parent companies, successors, assigns, licensees, shareholders, employees, agents, advertising and promotion agencies from and against any and all claims and damages arising in connection with their participation and/or entry in the Sweepstakes and/or awarding or use of any prize awarded in this Sweepstakes.
